Learning (and utilizing) the Optimal Time to Communicate with Your Spouse.

We're not experts, just married people who have learned a couple of things over the years. We're sure you've heard all kinds of advice before; everything from don't ever go to bed angry to cool off, take some time, and come back together even if it's in the next couple of days.


Honestly, maybe all of it's good advice. Maybe it various from couple to couple. Maybe it varies by situation. What we have learned, consistently, however, is that the best time to communicate with your spouse does tend to depend in part on their circadian rhythm, learning your own and then working together to figure out the best times to communicate on hot-button or possibly prickly issues.
