About the event
Equipping Couples for Leadership is a conference held once every three years, bringing together couples who are relatively new to the ministry of United Marriage Encounter.
The purpose of ECL is threefold: to gain a greater understanding of the ministry of United Marriage Encounter, to enhance leadership skills, and to nurture your relationship with God and other couples serving throughout the ministry.
